Remembering Sgt. Brandt

Five years ago, our department and the whole Fairbanks community was shaken when we lost Sgt. Allen Brandt in death. On October 28th, 2016, Sgt. Brandt succumbed to his injuries from being shot several times while on duty on October 16th, 2016. We continue to remember the wonderful man that we lost. Please continue to remember Allen with us, not just for his sacrifice, but for the beautiful life he lived and the wonderful example he set for all who knew him.

We remember how he loved hunting, running, camping, spending time with his wife, reading to his children, and being a police officer.

We remember he was righteous and honorable. The kind of police officer every community wants.
