***$60,000 Bonus for Lateral Police Officers***

 

***$20,000 Bonus for Recruit Officers***
 

Police Officer:

  • Salary Range: $38.00 hour – $55.36 hour (D.O.E.)

DUI/Traffic Unit Lateral Officer (Minimum 5 Years Experience)

  • Salary Range: $41.14 - $55.36 (D.O.E.)

 

(*Law enforcement certification must meet Alaska reciprocity standards for lateral bonus)

  • Personal Leave: 160 hours per year (Years 1-2), 200 hours per year (Years 3-5), 240 hours per year (Over 5 years)
  • Holidays: 10 days per year
  • Shift differential: Swing Shift 5% of base pay, Mid Shift 10% of base pay
