2023 Auction Schedule & Information

Preregistration now available online!

Preregistration is open until the Thursday prior to the auction at www.dandlauction.com.

Preview: Preview and pre-bidder registration will be on inspection day the Friday before each auction from 10 AM to 4 PM. A catalog of items will be available on inspection day and on the City website three days prior to auction.

Auction Day: All auctions will be scheduled on a Saturday beginning at 10 AM at the City of Fairbanks Public Works facility, located at 2121 Peger Road. The auction entrance will be through the Davis Road gate beginning at 9 AM on the day of the auction for inspection and registration.  Signs will be posted for directions and parking area. Payment must be received on the day of the auction, no later than 4:30 PM.

After Auction: The Sunday after the auction, staff will be on site from 10 AM to 2 PM, and Monday from 10 AM to 4 PM for successful bidders to remove items. Please note that removal date and times will be strictly enforced unless prior arrangements have been made and approved by the Public Works director.

Any items not picked up by 4 PM on the following Monday of the auction will be impounded/forfeited without refund.

***PETS AND BACKPACKS OR OTHER TYPES OF BAGS ARE NOT PERMITTED IN THE INSPECTION AREA DURING PREVIEW ON FRIDAY OR DURING THE AUCTION ON SATURDAY***
