If you believe you have been exposed to COVID-19:
 

  • Self-quarantine to avoid contact with others. Pay close attention to your health to monitor any symptoms that appear.
  • Call your doctor or use telemedicine (check with your insurance to find out about your telemedicine options)

Testing for COVID-19
 

  • Call your doctor:  If you think you may have COVID-19 and develop a fever and symptoms, such as cough or difficulty breathing, call your healthcare provider for medical advice or use telemedicine if at all possible.

 

What can you do to prevent the spread of the virus? 
 

  • Avoid contact with people that are sick.
  • Practice social-distancing. This includes not meeting in large groups and maintaining a distance of six feet apart from other people.
  • Clean your hands often with soap and water.
  • Practice self-quarantine if you have been exposed to COVID19 or are considered high risk.
  • Stay home if you are sick.
  • Wear a facemask whenever you will be around people that are outside your immediate household members.
  • Clean and disinfect surfaces frequently, including tables, doorknobs, light switches, countertops, handles, desks, phones, keyboards, toilets, faucets, and sinks.
