PURCHASING AND BILLING AGENT
The incumbent is the City of Fairbanks’ principal procurement and billing officer, responsible for coordinating procurement functions for all City departments in accordance with applicable codes, ordinances, and laws. Incumbent is responsible for contract administration, vendor management and asset disposal. This individual also serves as the primary contact for general billing operations for the City of Fairbanks.
This position will be open until filled.
DEPUTY CLERK I
This position supports the City Clerk in the daily operation of the City Clerk’s Office and is responsible for performing basic cashiering functions, receptionist duties and clerical tasks, which include computer operation, copying, answering the phones, providing information and maintaining files. The individual in this position will report to the City Clerk or, when unavailable, the Deputy City Clerk II, who will determine work priorities and job assignments as required by the City.
