In-person Absentee Voting Closed

Absentee voting for the October 3 Municipal Election was open through 5 p.m. Monday, October 2 at the City Clerk’s Office, but it is now closed.  You may vote at your regular precinct on Election Day, Tuesday, October 3 from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.  To visit the City of Fairbanks Municipal Election page, click here.

The City Clerk’s Office will be accepting Declarations of Candidacy for City Council Seats “E” and “F” July 17 through July 31. At the Regular Meeting of October 24, 2016, the Fairbanks City Council certified the 2016 Municipal Election returns.

To view the UNOFFICIAL 2016 City of Fairbanks Election results, click here.  All absentee, questioned and special needs ballots are included in the totals.  The City election results will remain “UNOFFICIAL” until the City Council certifies the election results at the Regular Meeting of October 24, 2016.

UNOFFICIAL Municipal Election Results

The Unofficial Election results for the City of Fairbanks, City of North Pole, and Fairbanks North Star Borough regular elections do not reflect absentee, questioned and special needs ballots.  The final count will take place on Tuesday, October 11, 2016.
