In lieu of its regular meeting, the Clay Street Cemetery Commission will host a memorial for Frank Turney, a former member of the Commission and a former caretaker of the Clay Street Cemetery. The memorial will take place at the Clay Street Cemetery, 199 5th Avenue, starting at 5:00 p.m.
